We split payments into two clear stages: one before production begins, and the second before shipping. The final payment is only released once you’ve received and approved detailed videos and all necessary certifications for your home.

If any adjustments or alterations are needed, they’re on us - at no extra cost to you. This way, you can feel confident your investment is fully protected and exactly what you expect.

Independent inspectors visit every unit before it leaves the factory, checking everything from floor leveling to electrical output.

Nothing ships unless it meets our high standards. And you’ll receive a full quality control report - complete with photos - before making the final payment.
