When we first became interested in modular homes, we weren’t thinking like business owners. We were just two young people trying to figure out how we could possibly own a home in today’s economy.

We were drawn by the promise of freedom - not just physical freedom to live wherever we wanted, but financial freedom too. A home we could actually afford. No mortgage. No lifelong debt. Something real, something ours.

But as we looked deeper, the promise started to fade. Prices were vague. Timelines kept changing. We’d see one price in a social media video, then click through to the website and find something completely different - or worse, no pricing at all. No breakdowns, no commitments, just vague ranges and “request a quote” forms.

And when it came time to commit, too many companies vanished behind silence, fine print, or half-truths. It felt like we were expected to hand over our trust and money without anything solid in return.

So, we built something better.
